Megan M. Myers is an attorney who has represented and advocated for numerous clients before the Commission from October 2004 to October 2005 and then April 2013 to the present.
Ms. Myers has represented clients in a variety of proceedings at the Commission including but not limited to the integrated resource plan (IRP), resource adequacy (RA), demand response (DR), energy efficiency (EE), microgrids, de-energization events, renewables portfolio standard (RPS), and various electric vehicle proceedings.
Her work in these proceedings has included tracking proceedings, drafting Opening and Reply Comments on Rulings and Proposed Decisions, assisting in preparing opening and rebuttal testimony, representing clients in evidentiary hearings and cross-examining witnesses, drafting Opening and Reply Briefs, meeting with Commission Staff and attending workshops. Megan M. Myers has also drafted and submitted filings at the California Energy Commission and the California Independent System Operator.
